Instructions For Fanning Out Your Spinners:
Grasp the top or bottom of your wind spinner with one hand. With your other hand, grab the center piece and the first few inner rings.
Twist the center piece and first few rings open about 60-80 degrees. Both sides should open simultaneously to form a fist sized pocket that will catch the wind.
Adjust the rings for even spacing, hang, and enjoy!!
